Is The U.S. Green Card Registry Well Kept?- Jason Yuan’s Case

Taiwan News reported that The Ministry of Foreign Affairs today presented documents between Taiwan’s representative in the United States Jason Yuan and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT), confirming that Yuan had sought to cancel his green card application via lawyer.

Media reported Wednesday that Yuan held the U.S. permanent residency for eight months after he took office last August. Yuan clarified in Washington D.C. that it was a repeated mistake made by the USCIS.
